Tribe Call 2 – Breath-Work – Score Card – Grounding – Creating Your Vision

The Eight Decisions Tribe Calls is a place where we come together to learn and grow. If you’re interested in making your mind and body better and maybe even discovering your inner self, you’re invited to join our weekly tribe calls and take part in walking meditations.

In our second call, we learned about something called Dolphin Breaths, a way to make your mind calm, and we talked about the Eight Decisions framework. This framework is all about making choices that help you become a better you. Let’s look at these eight important choices:

In our talk, Robert told a story about a big decision he made recently. He decided to let go of a lawsuit about his wireless retail business, which sold for a price he thought was unfair. This decision made him feel better and brought new opportunities into his life.

We also talked about something called personal scorecards. These are like tools that help you keep track of how you’re doing in different parts of your life, like being mindful, eating well, and moving your body. They can help you get better at these things.

We also learned about something called grounding, which is when you feel better by connecting with the Earth. You can start by walking without shoes on in nature for just 10 minutes.

As we build this community, we’re all working to make our dreams for the next 10 years come true. We hope you’ll invite others who want to grow and make the community strong. We will focus on important things like being curious, leading by example, being honest, and showing respect.

Dave and Robert are excited about the journey ahead. So, we hope you’ll join us as we work to make ourselves better and discover all our potential!
